At any given time we may have any of these colors: ruddy, red, blue, and fawn. Currently we are more likely to have ruddies and blues.

Ruddy is the dominant color and for first time buyers the most favored. Reds and blues come next with fawns usually the least numerous in the Aby population.

Males will grow larger so if you like a more petite cat, you may want a female. Our Abys are not large, generally our adult females weight 6-7 lbs and the males are 1-2 lbs heavier. Abys tend to remain sleek but we have a seen a couple chunky Abys. This was more the owner's fault than the Aby's. Selecting and maintaining a good diet is important. (see What to Feed Your Aby)
